The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial lending and banking principles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending and 10 years of banking experience. A university degree (BComm, MBA, CFA) is required, along with industry courses.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of private bankers to achieve financial objectives, including profit plan goals and new business pipeline management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, maintain a strong market profile, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions, including customized credit solutions, insurance products, and wealth management services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing, FCAC, Know Your Customer, CDIC, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience and 10 years of banking experience.
- University degree (BComm, MBA, CFA), in addition to industry courses.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
