Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at POA TIKI BAR. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in food service operations and will be responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Work Schedules: Create efficient work schedules that ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order food and kitchen supplies to meet the needs of our menu and catering services.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of cooks, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food.
  • Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to improve staff knowledge and skills in areas such as food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food service operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
