Job Description

A talented and experienced Program Manager is sought after by our high-profile client in Canada to lead complex, multi-region, enterprise-wide functional programs. As a senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of these programs from inception to development, aligning with long-term business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and guide project and program managers within the leader function. You will contribute to defining best practices in partnership with the portfolio management team and develop expertise in what-if scenario planning and presenting options to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall delivery of complex programs from inception to development, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Coaching and guiding project and program managers within the leader function.
  • Contributing to defining best practices in partnership with the portfolio management team.
  • Developing expertise in what-if scenario planning and presenting options to executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in Technology or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery management and 5+ years in Program Management.
  • High understanding of technology domain, stack, and skills, with the ability to manage a team of engineers, architects, and operational specialists.
  • Experience in managing waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in coaching program managers.
  • Proven track record and experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and NAM, able to guide and coach program managers in an engagement model.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
