Program Manager II Job Description

Candidates with experience in program or project management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement are invited to apply for this role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in forecasting, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the expansion and execution strategy of Sub-Same Day (SSD) in Canada
  • Partner with stakeholders to forecast SSD volumes and identify key input drivers
  • Analyze root causes for operational challenges and drive process improvements
  • Build KPIs and metrics to measure SSD program performance
  • Present findings and recommendations to business partners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL

The base salary for this position ranges from $69,700 to $116,400 per year. Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
