Job Title: Technical Program Manager

At Amazon, we're revolutionizing the shopping experience by introducing a new way to shop that encourages exploration and discovery of new brands and products.

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our efforts in developing and executing technical roadmaps, building and evaluating system-level technical designs, and managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation
  • Build and evaluate system-level technical designs to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Manage programs across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to deliver technical solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs
  • Experience developing and executing technical roadmaps
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs and reporting to senior leadership
