Office Operations Coordinator

At BC Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating and planning for office services, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports. They will also oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and able to multitask. They will also have a criminal record check and be available to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
