Office Operations Coordinator

At Destiny Transportation Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
- Delegating work to office support staff
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
