At Skye Marketing Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.

The Office Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for training staff, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations, and monitoring and evaluating office operations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask. They will be organized, reliable, and able to adapt to changing situations.

The work term for this position is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work will be 30 to 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows, and will be able to use these tools to perform administrative tasks.
