Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Akbar's Own Dining lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create new and innovative menu items that showcase your culinary skills and creativity.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary team, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to our culinary staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our menu.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
