Actuarial Analyst Lead, Property Pricing Expert

Job Overview
The Actuarial Consultant/Senior Actuarial Analyst position on the Personal Property Pricing team involves providing contributions to the business based on work experience and knowledge from actuarial exams.
In this role, you will conduct traditional pricing analysis, build and update predictive models, mentor junior analysts, implement changes to existing property products, and develop new products while working collaboratively with stakeholders across the company.
You will perform ratemaking and product reviews for personal property products, including conducting rate indications, predictive modeling, competitive analysis, and financial impact analysis. You will also make quality recommendations and present supporting results to management.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' prior work experience in insurance or a related field.
- P&C Actuarial Pricing experience is a strong asset.
- Experience with predictive modeling techniques such as GLMs is considered an asset.
- Experience with modelling software such as Emblem, Classifier, or Radar is considered an asset.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
