Salary: We offer an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Summary

The Network Implementation Specialist is responsible for planning, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure for our clients. This exciting role involves working closely with our implementation team to ensure seamless deployment and setup of network hardware, servers, and security components.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Coordination: Be the primary point of contact for client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
  • Project Planning and Implementation: Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, firewall migrations, wireless assessments, and installations.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to end-users and other IT staff, resolving issues and escalating problems as needed.
  • Research and Development: Research new deployment technologies and solutions, recommending improvements and best practices for IT infrastructure deployment.
  • Cable Management and Documentation: Ensure accurate labeling, cable management, and documentation of network equipment in client racks.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver hands-on training, provide training materials, and document knowledge transfer for client equipment and migration projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation, administration, or support.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of network hardware, servers, and security technologies, such as Fortinet, Cisco, Windows Server, Linux, and VMware.
  • Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NCE, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 50-70% of the time, depending on project requirements and client locations.
