About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at VG Professionals Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production and other reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service team members
  • Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

The successful candidate will also provide support for newcomers and refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training. This will involve recruiting and hiring newcomers and refugees, as well as offering mentorship programs that pair them with experienced employees.

Support for Indigenous People and Visible Minorities

The candidate will also offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and members of visible minorities. This will involve pairing them with experienced employees and providing support for their career development.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
