About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at VG Professionals Ltd. as part of our commitment to supporting the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Mentorship and Support: Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees, promoting social and labour market integration.
  • Youth and Indigenous Support: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth and Indigenous workers, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Visible Minority Support: Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
