Customer Service Supervisor Job Description

VG PROFESSIONALS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production and other reports, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Prepare Reports and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate reports and analytics to track team performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule and coordinate customer support activities, including training sessions, team meetings, and special projects.
  • Recruit and Hire: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for customer support representatives, ensuring a diverse and skilled team.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Analyze and estimate costs associated with customer support operations, including materials and equipment.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all customer support team members follow health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Support Newcomers and Refugees: Provide support and resources to help newcomers and refugees integrate into the community, including language training and job placement.
  • Support Indigenous People and Visible Minorities: Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities to Indigenous people and visible minorities, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Work Environment:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
