About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at VG Professionals Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Team Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Staffing and Training
    • Recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Cost Estimation and Materials Management
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and operations.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Blueprint Reading and Requisitioning
    • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to inform project planning and execution.
  • Materials and Equipment Procurement
    • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Support the social and labor market integration of newcomers and refugees through access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
    • Recruit and hire newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
    • Support foreign credential recognition and offer mentorship programs to pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees.
  • Support for Youth
    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities
    • Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
