About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team in Montreal. As a Client Service Representative, you will work closely with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide exceptional service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.
Your Responsibilities
- Collect and review underwriting information from clients.
- Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
- Translate and review documentation.
- Prepare invoicing instructions.
- Respond to clients on insurance request certificates.
- Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in business or finance).
- Up to 2 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage.
- Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented.
