About Us

Livingston International is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced Strategic Leadership Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Management department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our leadership development initiatives and ensuring the continued growth and success of our organization.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D) roles. The successful candidate will possess excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to design and lead virtual and in-person trainings that drive meaningful growth and career development for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Experience: Cultivate the employee experience by supporting leaders in implementing employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of trust, learning, recognition, and engagement.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Execute the global DEIB strategy and initiatives, fostering an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • New Associate Onboarding: Coach managers to ensure new associates have a great onboarding experience, providing them with a warm welcome and setting them up for success in their roles.
  • People Analytics: Utilize people analytics, metrics, and workforce reporting to understand trends and identify gaps, working closely with division leaders to develop solutions and programs that enhance the employee experience.
  • Talent Development: Design and implement resources and training to help reskill and upskill employees, enabling meaningful growth and career development opportunities.
  • Benchmarking and Best Practices: Benchmark best practices and emerging trends to inform recommendations on course design, development, tools, and technologies.
  • Leadership Development: Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership and emerging talent programs, driving business outcomes through strategic development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Coach and train leaders to manage performance from goal-setting to review and feedback, focusing on improving the quality of performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in L&D roles, with a proven track record of designing and leading effective trainings and development programs.
  • Skills: Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively. Proficiency in HRIS/data systems and learning management platforms, as well as experience designing and leading virtual and in-person trainings.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of employee experience and engagement initiatives, learning design and technologies, and talent development strategies.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure reflects the current market rate for a Strategic Leadership Development Expert in the United States.
