**Job Summary**

The Strategic Learning and Development Professional will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive learning strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging training programs, assess employee needs, and evaluate program effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement training programs that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content and ensure accuracy
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Coach and mentor leaders to enhance their performance management skills
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of HRIS/data systems and learning management platforms

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of **$85,000 - $110,000 per annum**, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.
