Strategic Revenue Growth Manager

Manga Hotel Group is a privately held Canadian company involved in the acquisition, development and management of real estate with a focus on high-quality hotels affiliated with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and InterContinental Hotel Group.
With a portfolio of 31 hotels and over 5800 rooms across Canada and the United States, as well as 18 food and beverage outlets and 5 residential properties, we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our growing team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Strategic Revenue Growth Manager to work closely with key leadership individuals across the organization to design and report on core analytics and metrics. This role will also drive, monitor, diagnose and support our go-to-market initiatives and sales performance.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Travelclick/Amadeus, OTA Insight, Hilton, Marriott and IHG. They will be able to develop insights and draw conclusions beyond what is readily apparent, effectively interact with various levels of staff at varying levels of the organization and across cultures with strong executive presence.
This role requires exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to understand data to extrapolate patterns to enhance revenue insights. The ideal candidate will be able to commute or relocate to our location.
Responsibilities- Looks at ways of streamlining and automating processes to compile and analyze data from various sources and systems;
- SUPPORTS REVENUE, SALES, MARKETING, AND OPERATIONS IN CREATING EXECUTIVE REPORTS;
- PERFORMS AD HOC ANALYSIS AS NEEDED ACROSS MULTIPLE DATA SETS;
- MONITORING THE DAY-TO-DAY RATES OF THE HOTELS MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY;
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Travelclick/Amadeus, OTA Insight, Hilton, Marriott and IHG;

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with the ability to commute or relocate to our location.
