**Position Overview**

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction. You will lead a high-performing team and drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, innovation, and revenue generation initiatives. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in global immigration programs, strong business acumen, and hands-on experience in scaling a company to new heights, including leading it to an IPO.

**Your Responsibilities, but not limited to;**

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the company’s overall strategic plan to enhance market position, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Define and implement long-term goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to guide company performance.
- Lead the company through its next stage of growth and scale operations in global markets.
- Drive innovation in our immigration consulting services and identify new market opportunities.

**Market Expansion & Global Immigration Programs**:

- Oversee and manage the development of market research on global immigration programs, including regulatory changes, market trends, and competitors.
- Identify high-growth regions for expansion and lead market penetration strategies in key international markets.
- Strengthen the firm’s reputation and visibility in the global immigration space through strategic marketing, public relations, and key partnerships.

**Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, including government entities, multinational companies, legal experts, and immigration organizations.
- Drive the development of strategic partnerships to expand the firm’s network and global footprint.
- Engage with potential clients, investors, and partners to build and maintain profitable, long-term relationships.

**Revenue Generation & Financial Management**:

- Lead revenue generation strategies and oversee business development efforts to drive a sustainable increase in revenue.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage the company’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with growth goals.
- Take direct responsibility for managing budgets exceeding $100 million, optimizing financial performance, and delivering a positive return on investment.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure financial and operational targets are met.

**IPO & Corporate Growth**:

- Provide visionary leadership for scaling the company, ultimately guiding it toward an IPO.
- Oversee and contribute to the preparation of the company for an IPO, including financial, legal, and regulatory readiness.
- Lead the company while generating revenue and maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead and inspire a diverse, high-performing team of executives, managers, and consultants.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
- Implement leadership development programs and mentorship initiatives to build future leaders within the company.

**About your Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- At least 5-8 years of senior leadership experience in the immigration consulting industry or related fields with a proven track record in managing global immigration programs.
- Strong experience in market research, business development, and driving strategic partnerships in the immigration sector.
- Proven success in revenue generation, managing budgets exceeding $100 million, and achieving significant growth targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a startup or mid-sized company through the IPO process and scale operations.

**Education**:

- MBA (Master of Business Administration) required.
- Law degree and/or Immigration Lawyer certification.
- Advanced knowledge of global immigration laws and trends, as well as deep expertise in regulatory compliance.
