Roofmart, Canada's leading distributor for Exterior Building Supply, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our local retail branch, including mentoring and growing your core team, working closely with our sales team to provide world-class support, and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the local retail branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Mentor and grow your core team, recognizing that a manager's success is only possible with a strong team.
- Work closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide world-class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and assist in the development of new customers.
- Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners, and customers.
- College diploma or bachelor's degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel.
