About the RoleAs a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key part in establishing methods to meet work schedules, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and preparing reports. You will also be responsible for supervising 11-15 people and working in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position. You must be able to work under pressure and physically demanding conditions. Additionally, you must provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees and members of visible minorities.
What We OfferAt Mary Browns, we offer competitive pay with an estimated annual salary of $35,000-$50,000 based on location and experience.
