Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to optimize resource utilization.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to maintain high productivity standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain efficient operations.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
