Hotel Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the high standards of customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on any issues or concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
