- Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Identify opportunities to promote products and services to clients, ensuring that they are aware of the full range of options available to them.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide a positive customer experience.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (preferred).
