Administrative Support Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, BC.
As a key member of our Consulting group, you will provide administrative support to a team of senior consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce presentations and correspondence, including graphic presentations and other documents.
- Perform quality control of documents and apply Aon branding.
- Provide financial support through the preparation and management of invoices.
- Maintain files, databases, and shared sites, such as SharePoint.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Work in collaboration with the team to assist in the replacement of staff on annual leave or sick leave, as needed.
- Make travel arrangements and prepare and submit expense reports.
- Attend external meetings and perform minute taking and/or Board management duties, as needed.

Requirements
- Three + (3+) years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Organizational skills, initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work independently with a variety of people.
