We are seeking a Strategic Director of Special Education Services to join the team at Queen's University.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, revising the development of educational programs, overseeing the analysis of data and information, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources
- Revise the development of educational programs to meet the needs of students
- Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making
- Prepare reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
To be considered for this role, you must have 5 years or more of experience in special education services. You should also have earned a doctorate degree in a relevant field such as epidemiology, psychology, or health services.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive health benefits, including a healthcare plan and vision care benefits.
This is a full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
