**Job Title:** Director of Service Provision

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Clinical Services Manager at Queen's University. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service provision within the Regional Assessment and Resource Centre (RARC).

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing management and human resources functions for all staff;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring that all students assessed by RARC receive a consistently high quality of service;
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RARC;
  • Liaising with external organizations to develop and implement transition programs;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination;

In addition, the Clinical Services Manager will play a key role in leading transition programming, monitoring activity, and coordinating priorities. They will also be responsible for evaluating the Centre's policies and procedures, and recommending and implementing changes as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management or leadership role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
