About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Board Effectiveness Manager to join our team at Ivy Group Inc. As a key member of our Board Advisory Services practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality advisory services to boards of directors, CEOs, and other senior executives on governance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver complex projects, including board effectiveness assessments, CEO succession planning, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues in governance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement business development strategies, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership programs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services to boards of directors, CEOs, and other senior executives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong relationships with senior executives, boards of directors, and other stakeholders in the corporate and non-profit sectors.
