Key Responsibilities- Provide Strategic Input: Offer expert advice to senior leaders on IT governance and risk management strategies.
- Develop Governance Frameworks: Design and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accuracy, and consistency across our IT systems.
- Lead Oversight Activities: Manage and coordinate the execution of oversight activities, including risk management, compliance, and audit.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulations: Monitor and interpret new or changing regulations and assess their impact on our governance frameworks.
- 7+ Years of Experience: Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in IT governance, audit, and risk management.
- Post-Secondary Degree: A post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
