Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Partner to join our team in Valcourt, Quebec. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in deploying and sustaining talent programs across our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Program Deployment: Lead the deployment of customized talent programs across various regions, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Program Logistics: Oversee program timelines, resources, and logistics to ensure successful implementation.
  • Sustainment Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to sustain talent programs post-deployment, promoting long-term adoption and effectiveness.
  • Governance Framework: Establish a governance framework to ensure consistency and effectiveness of talent programs across regions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in talent management, program implementation, and long-term sustainment strategies.
  • Skills: Proven project management ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and bilingual (French and English) capability.
