You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations. Your expertise will help shape our talent management initiatives and contribute to the success of our plant employees.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development, implementation, and follow-through of our strategic people plan for manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather relevant information and data, informing our governance decisions.
- Design and deliver presentations for executives, showcasing key findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the deployment of global talent programs, working closely with local teams in Canada.
- Participate in process improvements, ensuring efficiency gains in HR processes and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in global companies, focusing on HR, talent management, and/or project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google suites.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Bilingual (French and English) proficiency, facilitating collaboration with international partners.
- $75,000 - $95,000 annual salary range, commensurate with experience.
