Job Description:
The Engineering Knowledge Management Lead will be responsible for facilitating the development of Bombardier engineering through innovative knowledge management strategies, working closely with engineering and human resources leaders. This role involves project management, deployment of knowledge management strategies across engineering, tracking and reporting to leadership, managing critical competencies, aligning domain processes with knowledge management strategies, and developing collaboration and governance tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Knowledge Management
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Bombardier engineering communities is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-oriented
- Project management background, ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and French
