Your Role
As the Ethics and Compliance Manager, you will:
- Implement and manage a world-class Ethics & Compliance training and communications program at Bombardier
- Lead a small team to drive the creation and implementation of annual Ethics & Compliance online and in-person training objectives
- Develop Ethics & Compliance communications to drive engagement and raise awareness for key elements of Bombardier's Ethics & Compliance program and initiatives
- Develop Ethics & Compliance training and communications templates, processes, modules, and tools to support a strong best-in-class ethical culture
- Define training and communications KPIs, track progress, and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on Ethics & Compliance best practices
- Provide support and guidance and collaborate with other functions to ensure Ethics & Compliance plans are integrated across functions and aligned with the Ethics & Compliance strategic plan
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or the equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience, including the design and deployment of a communication strategy and training content
- Experience leading a team and a collaborative, empowering, and kind leadership style
- Hands-on approach to crafting messages, presentations, training, and a strategic mindset to create change and work towards a long-term vision for ethics & compliance at Bombardier
- Good understanding of ethics & compliance principles and practices (an asset)
- Understanding of the key principles of strong change management
- Experience in a head office of a large multinational company
- Demonstrated initiative, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to coach executives, provide candid counsel, and act as a trusted advisor
- Experience dealing with large-scale change in a matrixed environment
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and French
- Amazing Microsoft Office skills (bonus points if you love PowerPoint)
- Strategic mindset, energized by change, driven by results, proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented
- Aptitude for technology and online tools
