About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at WGP-210 Holdings Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, securing the best possible deals for our restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including dental and health care plans, as well as a permanent work arrangement with 35 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
