Restaurant Operations Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at WGP-210 Holdings Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best possible deals for our restaurant
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
