Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at WGP-210 Holdings Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
  • Lead and instruct staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
