We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Royal Punjabi Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Service Offerings: Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish relationships with food and beverage suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure catering and facility use agreements.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 35 hours of work per week.
