The Service Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport screening services. This leadership position oversees the daily activities of Screening Officers, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Screening Officers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Investigate security incidents and compile comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational matters and escalate issues as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of work-related experience in a protective service leadership role.
- Ability to acquire Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and eligibility for Federal Security Clearance.
- Strong operational focus, ability to work under pressure, and provide creative solutions.
- Experience in managing personnel in a unionized environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment and promoting a culture of respect and diversity.
