Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Western Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and the public. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Office Administration: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in word processing software, accounting software, and spreadsheet applications such as MS Excel.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, ability to multitask, and strong time management skills.
