AG Growth International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and streamline warehouse operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced professional with expertise in running a Kanban system to manage the flow of goods, materials, and information through the warehouse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer demands, implementing and maintaining the Kanban system to improve inventory management and minimize waste, and collaborating with procurement, production, and sales teams to align Kanban processes with demand forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, with a focus on optimizing space, equipment, and labor resources.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Implement and maintain a Kanban system to control inventory levels and ensure the smooth flow of materials.
  • Monitor Kanban signals to initiate replenishment processes and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
  • Proven experience in running a Kanban system, with a strong understanding of Lean and Just-In-Time methodologies.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
