Activate Games is a technology company that combines entertainment and physical activity to create immersive gaming experiences. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive Director to join our team.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and implementing Activate's supply chain strategy, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Plan, direct, and implement operational excellence in the overall supply chain, ensuring development and implementation align with Activate's short-term and long-term operational objectives for global expansion.
  • Financial Performance: Achieve financial and business objectives through analysis and maintain a keen sense of awareness of manufacturing staffing models, purchasing practices, growth projections, variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead diverse teams in planning, purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing, and engineering, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and achievement.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets, as well as identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 15 years' senior leadership experience in supply chain operations.
  • Post-secondary education in planning, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record as an executive leader with expertise in manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, procurement, and engineering.
  • Strong understanding of market trends in supply chain and planning.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing projects, budgets, and costs.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
