Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Tracking and completing work orders in a timely manner
  • Organizing tasks to accomplish work and prioritizing specific plans
  • Preparing and submitting reports on supply chain operations and progress
  • Maintaining vehicle operator work records and monitoring mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
Requirements:
  • High school graduation certificate
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
