Supply Chain Engineer Co-op Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Engineer Co-op to join our team at PepsiCo Canada.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar programs to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management. As a Supply Chain Engineer Co-op, you will be based out of one of our world-class manufacturing facilities in Canada and work closely with experienced professionals to drive process improvements and innovation.
Responsibilities- Improve production efficiencies and implement process changes to support facility equipment reliability
- Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and costs, anticipating and correcting trends that may compromise achievement of financial targets
- Oversee facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Ensure adherence to quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
- Collaborative team player with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach, agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude
- Able to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
