Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a key member of our Supplier Chain Department, you will be responsible for optimizing execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders, and scheduled demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action and oversight of all material requirements for assigned airplane programs on a daily basis using best practices through Boeing Supply Chain Systems.
  • Ongoing tracking and tracing of urgent material requirements while continuously keeping the program and leadership informed about status.
  • Preparation and distribution of program reporting as required.
  • Intervention in shortage situations by ensuring that criticality/situation of the aircraft and customer's operations are understood and action taken by the extended supply chain.
  • Initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by production teams, capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties.
  • Development of strong relationships with customers, working closely with internal and external customers.
  • Monitoring of team performance metrics, performing trend analysis, and taking mitigating action to meet performance objectives.
  • Resolution of requests for assistance within the Supply Chain value stream.
  • Ability to adapt to a constant change and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Must have experience working within MS Office-based applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.

Benefits:

This is a fixed-term position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll.
