About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administrator to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. As a Pension Administrator Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and expert guidance to pension clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pension plans by assisting plan administrators with day-to-day administration concerns and questions
  • Gather relevant data from various sources and input in Excel spreadsheets
  • Analyze and process data using data analytics tools (i.e., Excel)
  • Review and validate report outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
  • Address discrepancies or anomalies for formatting errors
  • Oversee pension member information sessions and one-on-one sessions
  • Field incoming phone calls and correspondence related to pension client inquiries
  • Administer or transact pension member account cash-outs and other related tasks
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience in the pension/retirement industry (an asset)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Pension Plan Structures, Governance, and Legislation (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
