We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to drive business growth and improve inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform business planning and inventory management decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure demand planning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial teams and suppliers
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant operational experience in demand planning or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing a monthly business planning cycle (sales and operations planning/consensus)
- Strong negotiation skills, project, and trade-off management
- Experience with demand statistical tools (OMP, SAS, SAP/APO, etc.) is an asset
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, SQL, and reporting tools such as Cognos or Business Intelligence)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and project management skills
