Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to drive business growth and improve inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform business planning and inventory management decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure demand planning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial teams and suppliers

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant operational experience in demand planning or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in managing a monthly business planning cycle (sales and operations planning/consensus)
  • Strong negotiation skills, project, and trade-off management
  • Experience with demand statistical tools (OMP, SAS, SAP/APO, etc.) is an asset
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, SQL, and reporting tools such as Cognos or Business Intelligence)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and project management skills
