Senior Demand Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our dynamic team at Techo-Bloc Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform production and distribution planning;
- Collaborate with sales managers to gather market intelligence and identify trends and opportunities;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives and establish sales strategies;
- Establish and maintain inventory targets and service levels to meet corporate standards;
- Identify and resolve conflicts related to supply, demand, and capacity availability;
- Propose product life cycles and forecasts for new products;
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, statistics, or related field;
- Minimum 4 years' experience in demand planning and analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with R, Python, and VBA (an asset);
- APICS - CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is an asset;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
