Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Allocation Analyst to join our team. As an Allocation Analyst, you will play a key role in creating, managing, and executing allocation strategies and inventory plans that support our financial goals and product strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to understand market trends and integrate buying decisions with allocation strategies
  • Allocate merchandise based on performance and adjust inventory plans accordingly
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate buying and planning with distribution strategies
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficiency
  • Anticipate needs based on upcoming promotions
  • Ensure new and redeveloped stores are incorporated into our system
  • Create and maintain all necessary information in systems
  • Ensure accuracy of reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree in Commerce or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
