Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Allocation Analyst to join our team. As an Allocation Analyst, you will play a key role in creating, managing, and executing allocation strategies and inventory plans that support our financial goals and product strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand market trends and integrate buying decisions with allocation strategies
- Allocate merchandise based on performance and adjust inventory plans accordingly
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate buying and planning with distribution strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficiency
- Anticipate needs based on upcoming promotions
- Ensure new and redeveloped stores are incorporated into our system
- Create and maintain all necessary information in systems
- Ensure accuracy of reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A university degree in Commerce or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
