Customer Service Professional

Kelly Services, a leading staffing agency in Canada, is partnering with a client to fill a customer service representative role in a remote call center environment. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Effectively communicate with clients, resolving issues efficiently and providing high-quality service
- Accurately record client communications and interactions
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and multitasking skills
- Work in a quiet space with minimal distractions
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken)
